TPI? - This is how it works
To achieve the desired finish and the correct feed rate in your work, it is important to determine the correct number of teeth. This is referred to as the number of teeth per inch (TPI).
A coarse tooth blade (2 or 3 TPI) should be used for resawing wood or cutting thicker material up to 8 inches thick.
A fine tooth blade (18 to 32 TPI) should be used for thinner metals and plastics under 1/4 inch.
For general cutting of 3/4 plywood, 4 TPI provides a fast cut and 14 TPI provides a much slower cut. However, both leave a smooth finish.

TPI Summary
More TPI provides a smoother but slower cut.
Less TPI provides a faster cut with a slightly rougher cutting surface.

Product handling
Resharpening
Our saw blade is made of
C4 carbide alloy and can be resharpened 4-5 times.
Review
Before each wood cut, check the saw blade for cracks, dull teeth, rust and general damage. Never use a dull or damaged blade! This is very dangerous. Is your blade dull? Please have it resharpened or replaced.
Storage
For example, you can hang the saw blade on the wall. Nail cardboard or a wooden board to the wall beforehand and secure the blade with a nail. This will protect you from injury and your blade from damage.
